Check-in and check-out 
Check-in is possible from 15.00 hrs. Minimum age to check in is 18 years. 
Check out is before 10.00 hours. 

Parking 
The car can be parked at the accommodation or at the designated parking spaces. 

Driving rules 
The maximum permitted speed is 10 km/h. Please follow the traffic signs on the premises. Also for cyclists and other vehicles. 

The use of your car is only allowed from the entrance to your accommodation and vice versa. 

Pets 
Pets are allowed on our park (only on request), but please do not let them cause nuisance to fellow guests. 
Dogs must be kept on a leash on the premises and walked outside. A maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation is allowed. Pets are not allowed in the public areas (swimming pool, laundrette, etc). 

Visit 
Visitors are allowed. Please report them at the reception. 

Rubbish 
Keep the accommodation and the park clean. Rubbish can be deposited in the appropriate containers. 

Wifi 
There is free wifi available. If you are staying in a holiday home, the wifi code will be available for you in the house. If you have any questions, please contact the reception.

We can use your help! You can help us by turning off the lights and lower the temperature to 10 degrees when you're out. You can also save water and separate your waste as much as possible.

Welcome to EuroParcs De Achterhoek, where you can enjoy a relaxing stay in the Achterhoek. During reception opening hours, you can easily check in at the park reception.

Arriving outside reception opening hours? You can make use of a key safe. We kindly ask you to inform reception of your expected arrival time in advance so that your arrival can be arranged smoothly.

If applicable, you will receive the necessary access information before your arrival.

We recommend that you check your accommodation and inventory immediately upon arrival for completeness and any possible damage. If you notice any issues regarding the inventory, cleanliness or the accommodation itself, please report them to reception within 2 hours of arrival.

If any damage or defects occur during your stay, please report them to reception as soon as possible. This allows us to assist you quickly and ensure your stay remains as pleasant as possible.

• When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

EuroParcs De Achterhoek is working to obtain the key to a greener world by operating more sustainably. We do this in accordance with the standards of Green Key, the international eco-label for sustainable businesses in the recreation and leisure sector.

We could really use your help! You can support us by switching off the lights and setting the thermostat to 10 degrees when you are away, avoiding unnecessary water use, and separating waste as much as possible.

All our rental accommodations comply with the Green Key standards. There are also homes in the park that are not rented out; these are not assessed.

You may use gas or electric barbecues, charcoal is not allowed.

We do not rent out individual barbecues. When you order a barbecue package, a barbecue is included.

EuroParcs De Achterhoek does not have a launderette. In Zutphen, you can have your clothes washed at a launderette. This is possible at ‘’De Wasserië‘’. Opening hours Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 3.30 pm.
Zutphen is also home to Wash.me, a laundromat that is open 24 hours a day.

Setting off fireworks is not permitted in our park. Due to changes in Dutch legislation and regulations, a ban on consumer fireworks will come into force from the turn of the year 2026/2027. Only Category F1 fireworks (such as sparklers and string flares) will remain permitted for private use. Please note that our fireworks-free policy applies exclusively within the boundaries of the park. Outside the park, depending on local circumstances and regulations, professional fireworks displays may take place and permitted F1 fireworks may be used.
Carbide shooting is also a common activity in the surrounding area. You may therefore experience some disturbance from this, and it is possible that fireworks may be heard here and there in the vicinity of your holiday home.

Important: No fireworks are permitted within the park itself, not even F1 fireworks.
