Park information

EuroParcs De Achterhoek is bezig om de sleutel naar een groene wereld te krijgen door duurzamer te ondernemen. Wij doen dit aan de hand van de normen van Green Key, het internationale keurmerk voor duurzame bedrijven in de recreatie- en vrijetijdsbranche.

Hierbij kunnen we jouw hulp goed gebruiken! Je kunt ons helpen door de verlichting uit te zetten en de thermostaat op 10 graden te zetten bij afwezigheid, te letten op onnodig waterverbruik en het afval zoveel mogelijk te scheiden.

Al onze verhuurwoningen voldoen aan de Greenkey normen. We hebben op het park ook woningen die niet in de verhuur zitten, deze worden niet beoordeeld.

Check-in and check-out 
Check-in is possible from 15.00 hrs. Minimum age to check in is 18 years. 
Check out is before 10.00 hours. 

Parking 
The car can be parked at the accommodation or at the designated parking spaces. 

Driving rules 
The maximum permitted speed is 10 km/h. Please follow the traffic signs on the premises. Also for cyclists and other vehicles. 

The use of your car is only allowed from the entrance to your accommodation and vice versa. 

Pets 
Pets are allowed on our park (only on request), but please do not let them cause nuisance to fellow guests. 
Dogs must be kept on a leash on the premises and walked outside. A maximum of 2 dogs per accommodation is allowed. Pets are not allowed in the public areas (swimming pool, laundrette, etc). 

Visit 
Visitors are allowed. Please report them at the reception. 

Rubbish 
Keep the accommodation and the park clean. Rubbish can be deposited in the appropriate containers. 

Wifi 
There is free wifi available. If you are staying in a holiday home, the wifi code will be available for you in the house. If you have any questions, please contact the reception. 

Green Key
EuroParcs De Achterhoek is working hard to achieve the Green Key, the international quality mark for stainable recreational companies.

We can use your help! You can help us by turning off the lights and lower the temperature to 10 degrees when you're out. You can also save water and separate your waste as much as possible.

On the day of departure check out before 10 o'clock.

• Leave the accommodation tidy and clean. 
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• take the waste to the reclycling area (milieustraat on the map)
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it in a pillowcase

You may use gas or electric barbecues, charcoal is not allowed.

There are no barbecues at the park, you have to take care of this yourself. You can, however, book a barbecue package with us.

Fishing is possible in the recreational lake, for which you do not need a fishing pass. It is not possible to fish in the other waters of the holiday park.

EuroParcs De Achterhoek does not have a launderette. In Zutphen, you can have your clothes washed at a launderette. This is possible at ‘’De Wasserië‘’. Opening hours Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 3.30 pm.

The barrier works from 07:00 in the morning until 23:00 in the evening. You can always leave the holiday park, but before 07:00 and after 23:00 you can only enter on foot. You can park your car at the central car park.

No, the park is a low-firework park. It is not allowed to set off fireworks on the holiday park during and around the New Year (and the rest of the year). We will also check for this. However, it is allowed to shoot off fireworks outside the park. There is also a lot of carbide shooting in the area. You may therefore experience nuisance from this and it is possible that you will hear fireworks near your holiday home.

All accommodations at EuroParcs de Achterhoek have a filter coffee maker.

In the accommodation, you can find the Wi-Fi code on the television.
